1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a China-based trading and sourcing partner with a supplier network. We coordinate sourcing, OEM/ODM, samples, quality inspection, and export documentation with cooperating factories.
2. Do you support Brazilian importers?
Yes. We can support Brazilian importers, distributors, and local small appliance brands with China sourcing, supplier matching, Sample Arrangement, Portuguese packaging coordination, voltage and plug discussion, Product Documentation Coordination, and inspection follow-up. Final import and compliance requirements should be confirmed by the importer and relevant local parties.
3. Can you support Portuguese packaging and manuals?
Portuguese packaging, labels, and user manuals can be coordinated where applicable. Availability depends on the product model, supplier capability, packaging complexity, order quantity, and buyer requirements.
4. Can you provide 127V, 220V, dual voltage, and Brazil plug options?
127V, 220V, dual-voltage options, 60Hz configuration, and Brazil plug options can be supported on selected models. Buyers should confirm the target market, voltage, plug type, and certification needs during RFQ.
5. Can you support INMETRO-related documentation?
We can coordinate INMETRO-related document preparation where applicable, such as product specifications, manuals, labels, test reports, supplier documents, and sample preparation. We do not provide legal advice, and final approval cannot be promised by us. Final requirements should be confirmed by the importer, test lab, certification body, and local authorities.
6. Do all products already have certifications?
No. Certification status depends on the product model and supplier. Some models may have CE, CB, RoHS, EMC/LVD, IEC 60335, or other documents available, while others may require additional testing or document preparation. Buyers should confirm required documents before sample and bulk order decisions.
7. Can you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We coordinate OEM/ODM projects through our supplier network. Logo, packaging, color, plug, voltage, manual language, carton marks, accessories, and selected specification adjustments can be discussed, subject to model, MOQ, packaging complexity, and certification requirements.
8. What product categories do you cover?
We focus on kitchen small appliances and coffee-related small appliances, including air fryers, blenders and juicers, electric kettles, coffee appliances, sandwich makers and toasters, and rice cookers.
9. What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on product category, selected model, supplier, packaging requirement, customization scope, and target market configuration. For accurate MOQ, buyers should send the product category, target quantity, packaging needs, and market requirements. TODO: confirm MOQ after supplier matching.
10. Can you arrange samples?
Yes. Sample Arrangement can be coordinated for selected models. Buyers should provide target market, voltage, plug, packaging direction, sample quantity, and evaluation requirements so the sample can be matched to the intended sourcing project.
11. Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection or pre-shipment inspection can be coordinated where required by the buyer. We coordinate inspection planning with factories, third-party inspectors, and buyers, but we are not a testing lab or inspection authority.
12. Can you support mixed-container shipments?
Mixed-container shipment coordination can be supported where supplier readiness, product category, order quantity, carton schedule, and logistics plan allow. Buyers should share category mix, destination, timeline, and packing requirements during RFQ.
13. What documents can you provide?
We can coordinate documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, product specifications, user manuals, label artwork, HS code suggestions, product photos, carton marks, inspection reports, factory audit documents, and test reports where applicable. Document availability depends on the selected supplier and product model.
14. Have you exported to Brazil?
We have export experience in Europe and the US, and can support Brazil-focused product preparation, but Brazil project history should be confirmed case by case. We do not claim South America or Brazil export cases unless a specific verified project is provided.
15. How should buyers submit an RFQ?
Buyers can use the Submit Your RFQ form by sharing full name, company name, business email, WhatsApp or phone, buyer type, product category, target quantity, target market, voltage, plug, packaging, certification or compliance requirements, sample needs, target price range, and destination port or country.
