Compare rice cookers using a written capacity definition, inner-pot requirements and an agreed accessory list.
Start with the intended use and sales channel
A rice cooker range for household buyers and a range intended for food-service customers may need different product configurations. State the use case, serving expectations, available counter space and operating requirements before asking the supplier to recommend a model. Do not infer a commercial-use rating from the size or color of a product photograph.

Ask what the capacity number measures
Write the unit and its meaning together. Do not assume that a cup count in one brochure is directly comparable with a liter figure in another.
Request the relevant dimensions and instructions, then evaluate the selected sample for the buyer's intended use through an agreed method. Keep any tested observations separate from catalog claims. A photograph of a large pot is not enough evidence to publish an exact capacity or serving count.

Compare control type and supplied accessories
A mechanical switch and a digital panel imply different user interactions, but the visible buttons alone do not establish the full cooking program or performance. Ask which functions are supported by the offered version and how the manual describes them. Confirm that the display language, control markings and packaging match the intended market.
Record the lid, steamer, measuring cup, rice spoon and power cord or other accessories that are actually included. A steamer shown in a supplier image should not automatically be assumed to be part of every quotation. Check how parts are packed and how the product model is identified on the carton.
Link the sample to the quotation and documents
Keep the sample identifier, supplier model, nameplate photograph, accessory list and agreed specification together. Where the source specification is incomplete, request clarification before approving the bulk configuration. Electrical and applicable compliance reviews should be coordinated with the importer and qualified parties for the destination market.
Confirm how the supplier will handle changes after sample approval. A substituted inner pot, revised control board or different accessory may require the approval record to be updated.
